Commercial Management and Administration (CMA) Services Officer
Your role
This is an execution-focused support role that contributes to commercial and administrative processes while building expertise within the CMA function.
Core Responsibilities
- Deliver commercial management, administrative, accounting, and advisory support by executing assigned tasks.
Commercial & Contract Support
- Assist in managing customers, service providers, and contracts (e.g., energy sales, incentives), including invoicing and settlements.
Financial & Administrative Support
- Support accounting processes, cash flow monitoring, and financial reporting in line with internal policies and regulations.
Stakeholder & Reporting Support
- Contribute to stakeholder interactions, documentation, and client reporting.
Project & Team Support
- Support asset management activities and special projects, contributing to daily CMA team operations.
Your expertise
- 1-2 years' experience as an administrative assistant and/or accountant and/or in 'commercial management' (managing electricity purchase/sale contracts)
- preferably in the wind or solar power sector, or in the energy/infrastructure sector
- mastership of SAP/EXCEL/WORD/Powerpoint is a prerequisite
- SAP is a plus
- working language French
- professional fluency in English
- good interpersonal skills
- knowledge of German language is a plus
