You're passionate about Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality-and ready to bring systems to life across Europe? Join us as HSEQ Process Implementation Manager and help shape how safety and quality are lived in six countries.

Your responsibilities

  • You lead the implementation of HSEQ systems and processes across our core countries, from initial planning to successful rollout
  • Rollout strategies aren't one-size-fits-all – you'll design implementation plans and adapt our corporate HSEQ standards to local ragulations, environments, and work cultures
  • During key phases, you're on the ground with operational teams, making implementation not just a concept, but a lived reality
  • By running audits, inspections, and trainings, you build awareness and ensure high compliance throughout the supply chain
  • You'll track key HSEQ metrics and promote continuous improvement through meaningful data
  • Acting as a bridge between local sites and corporate functions, you ensure our HSEQ strategy lands where it matters most: in daily operations

Your expertise

  • A background in science, engineering or occupational safety forms your foundation; NEBOSH, IOSH or similar certifications are an advantage
  • You bring several years of HSEQ experience, ideally in the wind, energy, infrastructure or construction sector
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of German and Italian is an advantage
  • You combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and are comfortable working across cultures and borders
  • Communication and coaching are your strengths-whether you're working with technicians or top management, you build trust and clarity
  • Influencing without authority, coaching others, and managing priorities in fast-changing environments are part of your DNA
