Junior Quant Developer (all)
Your responsibilities
-Ensure the reliability, stability and performance of business-critical trading, data and IT systems, including databases and trading tools
-Monitor, troubleshoot and optimize data flows and system performance to minimize incidents and financial impact
-Develop and maintain internal tools, automation solutions and data pipelines to support trading, reporting and operational processes
-Improve data quality, system integration and transparency across trading, PnL and KPI reporting environments
-Collaborate closely with traders, analysts and IT teams to drive continuous improvement, automation and future trading initiatives
Your skills
-Strong background in data science, quantitative analysis, software development or a related field
-Solid programming skills in technologies such as Python, C#, SQL or similar, with experience developing scalable and reliable applications
-Experience with databases, data pipelines and system integrations in production environments
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced trading environment
-Proactive and hands-on mindset with a strong sense of ownership; knowledge of energy markets is an advantage, and fluency in English is required
