Senior Project Manager Renewables (all)

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to further optimize and automate the data processes of the renewables business, with the goal of continuously ensuring data quality and plausibility and scaling the business.
You will ensure data processes for all relevant renewables' contracts.

Your role

  • Manage and oversee the renewables trading project portfolio to drive business development, troubleshoot issues, and ensure efficiency and profitability
  • Optimize internal data and contract flow systems, automating processes to support the renewables business, including both internal and external data interfaces
  • Lead projects ensuring the quality and plausibility of renewable energy data, contributing to technology development to improve BKW's system landscape
  • Collaborate with internal teams (contract managers, IT, energy logistics, and trading teams) to ensure smooth operations
  • Support IT and process projects focused on enhancing renewable management processes

What you bring to the role

  • Strong knowledge and experience in data processing and IT systems with a focus on automation
  • Proven track record of completing projects with complex business processes in a demanding IT landscape
  • Excellent analytical skills, as well as communication and coordination skills to manage different internal stakeholders; also, a good team player
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Master's degree, preferably in a data, energy, or technical area
  • 3+ years of experience in project management in a trading environment, preferably in energy trading
